Basic Maintenance Repair Classes
Flat Fix Repair Class
The basic class covers the dreaded flat-fix that we all loathe. If you've been struggling with this and need some help improving your on-the-road survival skills then please join us for this class. Kudos if you've never had a flat! The bad news is that it will eventually happen and how you deal with a flat-fix is what determines if you're able to continue riding or calling your significant other for a ride home.
We'll teach you how to remove your wheels, remove tires, repair/ replace tubes and put it all back together again so you can be on your way with as little fuss as possible.
Bringing you own bike is ideal for this class or we can loan you one of ours. Either way we're pretty sure you will learn some new skills!
Intermediate Maintenance Repair Classes
TUBELESS Flat Fix Repair Class
We've all been there. The dreaded flat tire. "But hey, I thought you said my tires were tubeless and that I'll NEVER get a flat?!" Well unfortunately tubeless tires still get flats sometimes, but don't despair because we will teach you how to get going again.
This lesson is a little more advanced than the basic tubed flat-fix repair class. We'll show you how to identify the cause of your flat, plug it if possible OR treat it like a traditional tubed repair.
We'll also cover some of the pros and cons of tubeless tire systems, how to identify leaks, check sealant and more.
If you've been struggling with this and need some help improving your on-the-road survival skills then please join us for this class.
No need to bring your own bike for this one as we will provide wheels and tires for practice.
